These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and every purchase from GRAVEKNIT ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Products
We make every effort to display colors and details accurately. Knitwear is produced in batches, so minor variations in shade, pattern placement and distressing are normal and part of the design. Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, the price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in USD unless your market displays another currency. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Bundle pricing and discount codes are applied as described on the product page or at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with bundle pricing.
- Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other listed providers. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.
6. Customer support
Contact us through our contact page. We reply within 6 hours.
7. Reviews and content you submit
If you send us reviews, photos or videos, you confirm they are your own, truthful and reflect your genuine experience. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them on our website and social channels with your first name and last initial. You may ask us to remove them at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The GRAVEKNIT name, logo, product designs, photographs and text are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to breach its security, scraping it, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is." Any implied warranties that cannot be excluded by law are limited to the shortest period permitted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
13. Disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first; most issues are resolved within a day. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, and you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
