Terms of Service
These terms apply to every purchase from GRAVEKNIT and to every use of this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
1. Who we are

2. Products
We make every effort to show colours and details accurately. Knitwear is produced in batches, so small variations in shade, pattern placement and distressing are normal and part of the design. Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page.
3. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong). If we do, you're refunded in full.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency of your market. For the EU they include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Bundle savings and discount codes are applied automatically or at checkout, as described on the product page. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can't be combined with bundle pricing.
- Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other listed payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery

6. Returns, withdrawal and refunds
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee and, in the EU, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
7. Legal guarantee
Consumers in the EU have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for goods. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it as required by law.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us reviews, photos or videos, you confirm they are your own and honest. You give us permission to show them on our website and social channels, with your first name and last initial. You can ask us to remove them at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The GRAVEKNIT name, logo, product designs, photos and texts belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to break its security, scraping it at scale, placing fraudulent orders or using it for anything unlawful.
11. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example carrier strikes or extreme weather). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

13. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can bring claims in your local courts. Greek consumers can also contact the Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή). We're not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution, but we will always try to solve problems directly with you first.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
