1. Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). With Priority Processing, your order is dispatched within 24 hours (business days) or the fee is refunded.

Your order ships from our warehouse, which may is in the United States. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons (Halloween, Black Friday, the holidays) and customs inspections can add several days. The exact cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you by email with a revised shipping date and give you the option to cancel for a full, prompt refund.
5. Duties and taxes
- United States: prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
- Other countries: local duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Address errors
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; we can correct it before the order ships. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
